About Cody

Cody has been creating striking imagery since discovering his passion for the camera at Central St Martins School of Art in 1990. Thirty years later his portfolio crosses all genres, from editorial to advertising, music, and portraiture, in both stills and motion form.

Cody is a flexible and adaptable photographer and filmmaker, recognised for his strong, highly creative and inventive visual stories and his colour grading, editing and post-production expertise.

As both a photographer and director he has created editorial and advertising campaigns for brands big and small, including Coca Cola, Lynx, Schweppes and Puma.

Cody's infectious personality and relaxed style of direction on set creates a unique rapport, enabling him to get the very best out of everyone on every shoot!

Born into an artistic family, with both his mother and father artists and alumni of the Royal College of Art, Cody began to explore photography as a form of expression.

A fanatic of colour, he regularly uses it to express emotion and nostalgia, and his artwork is vibrant with it. Cody loves to capture the hues and beauty of abstract forms in everyday life, perceived frequently throughout his art imagery, from the large scale through to his Instagram prints.

Cody is based in West London with his partner Bev, and daughters Sienna and Carmen.
